Guitarist Richard Durrant is hosting the special guest/open mic night under the auspices of the
Airport Club tonight. The event will be held at the Shoreham Arts Centre, Ropetackle, Shoreham-by-Sea, Deepest Sussex. My mate Ian Chisholm and Yours Truly will be on the list.
Ian and I are both what are euphemistically known as "senior citizens", i.e. oldies with no inhibitions, and I'm glad to see that the regulations have been changed so that - by LAW - we can now : (a) forget the words to songs, and occasionally our own names, and (b) play with our flies undone (special licence required).
