Mrs.Annie, if you have the Radio Times you can check on the progs in English. Sky tv guide listings also include a very short synopsis in the info.

Stop making me jealous. Down here in Chester I can get the programs in the Beurla and yng Nghymraeg but nothing from north of the border (gather I missed a great Camanachd Cup).

Came across this by accident last night and watched an interesteng programme about Mingalay, all subtitled as I dont speak the lingo, wonderful old film footage, and recordings of the songs of the Island from the late 50's. Including tales of life on the island and why it was eventually abandoned in the early part of the century. A positively magical programme. Folkie Heaven.
