Is anyone else suffering this?

Myspace won't upload my songs in the correct order, whichever order I upload them in. And it won't let me change the order once uploaded.

Is this a common problem?

If someone's got the time, could you try uploading a new song and changing the order?

You may find the order is determined alphanumerically by the filename... I don't know, I'm just guessing, but it's a common enough problem with MP3 players!

No, the order is usually completely controllable. But now the buttons don't work!

I've had problems uploading a different image, but managed to upload a song OK.

They don't have a button to change the order any more, for some reason. The most recent one you uploaded goes to the top (or it did last time I tried).

And, although it still gives you the option to randomise the songs/tunes, as far as I can see my/our site is not in practice doing that. Bring back the randomising, and the ability to change the order ... I decided ours needed to be varied, and short of starting from scratch again I can't see any way to do so now... grrrr!!!

Brian - if only! it doesn't matter whether I upload in my desire order or the revers of the desired order, Myspace still orders it differently. So there's no way I can get the order I want, plus like you say, there's no button. Although a few days ago the button was there briefly, but didn't work. Now it's not there again.

I've had answers to my complaint emails to say that they're working on it. But it's nearly a week now, and I need those tracks up there, in a certain order, for gigs I want to apply for. It's really annoying.
