I am looking for a song called "In a Resteraunt by the Sea" written by John Buccino. It is a touchingly beautiful ballad that I heard a few years ago, but have not been able to find on CD or in sheet music form since. If anyone has ANY information about this song, please let me know. If you are searching the net you may find that the spelling is messing it up. Try 'restaurant' and see if you can bring it up.

I've looked at the song BENJAMIN DEAN in the DT, and that is obviously NOT the song Darren wanted. In fact, the two songs are so different, it seems insane to have even suggested they might be the same. Why do people do that? Is their desire to appear smart and helpful so strong that they will say something absolutely nonsensical and misleading rather than admit that they don't have a clue? Even when they have no obligation to reply at all?

(Summer Song hasn't been back here since June 1999, so I'm not worried about hurting her feelings.)

Allmusic.com says that IN A RESTAURANT BY THE SEA, performed by Ann Hampton Callaway, is on an album called "Grateful: The Songs of John Bucchino" (2001). A sample there contains the following lyrics:
