As it turns out, we're better than we thought. The most amazing and gratifying statistic that I heard this morning was that close to 65% of families with an income of $250K+ voted to give themselves a tax increase by voting for Obama. It makes me love my fellow countrymen even more. With any luck change is on the way.

When the electoral results were announced last night, I called my son and congratulated his generation for being the youth who actually registered and voted, unlike the 20 somethings of the past who could not be relied on to vote.
