No offense intended here, but does any one know this song? All I can remember is it starts out

" I wanna grow up like Jesus and never have to work..."

and ends with something like..."I'll stop awhile and share a smile with everyone I meet"

The only time I heard it was a recording in a kid's voice.

I think this has something to do with radio personality Don Imus.

When I grow up I want to be like Jesus and never work.
Just travel 'round from town to town, wherever evil lurks.

funnily enough I did.. back in he late 80s I looked such a close spitting image..
I modelled as jesus in a photo studio recreation of the last supper..
