Kind of like the racist camp up around Hayden Lake many years ago - you KNOW it has to be parents saying these things - I mean kids don't dream this stuff up - not at this age.

Well hell, Boiseangeles in the State of Ada. Waddaya expect? In a mock election here "Rock" Obama (as he was known to the elementary schoolers) carried every school.

ANd if that weren't bad enough:

"BOISE - A two-year-old giraffe that made Boise its home has died.

Shingo came to the zoo just seven weeks ago to be part of the brand new African Plains exhibit.

Zoo officials say the animal died after a "short but severe illness." Zoo staff noticed the giraffe was ill and brought in Dr. Mark Drew with the American College of Zoological Medicine to help with treatment.

"The zoo staff did everything they could to manage the giraffe and respond appropriately when the animal was identified as being ill," Drew said. "Unfortunately, the animal did not respond well to the treatment."

The animal was euthanized early Tuesday morning. "

Maybe one of those third-graders thought it was "Chongo" instead of "Shingo"?
