I think I may have a piece of artwork by Ed Mc Curdy. It is a modern/abstract, framed, somewhat similar in style to the cover art of the Smithsonian Folkways "On Jordan's Stormy Banks" lp. It sure appears to be signed "ed mccurdy--'61". I see that he does have his original art on the cover of this and another album, "songs and stories". I found some older threads that had personal reminiscences from people that clearly knew him personally, and I'm wondering if anyone can help me with any more information regarding this. thanks!
