When I was last home I ran across The Alan Bleasdale Classic
"Boys from the Blackstuff". It starts with an old song called
"The Old Black Stuff" and I was wondering if anyone could
point me to the Lyrics for this.

Thx in advance

Sean

I wonder if you mean 'The Hot Asphalt?' Try the DT under 'H'. The version there appears to be Irish, but I learned it from the singing of Robin Hall and Jimmy MacGregor who 'Scottishised' it.
