It's in "Canadian Fiddle Music Volume 1"

You're referring to the fiddle tune POLAR BEAR EXPRESS, by Earl Smith, which can be found on page 200 of this book:

"Canadian Fiddle Music, Vol. 1" by Ed Whitcomb (Pacific, MO: Mel Bay Publications, Inc., 2000).

You can view this page at Amazon.com--but it might require you to log in first.

Maybe someone more adept with ABC can transcribe it for you.

I checked it out and they don't seem to be allowing pages with music on to be displayed.
