If you are like me, you might've heard some song by some Mudcatter and can't get it out of your head. And, you may want to share it...not just to "pass it on" but because you genuinely like it!**bg**

Anyway, I figured we might try an Earworm of the Week thread series and introduce one another to various forms of tortur.. music.

This week my earworm is "Uncle Joe" on Jed Marum's new CD Sands of Aberdeen.

That one is alternating with Jed's new Christmas song, Banjos We Have Heard on High.

Neither one of them is torturous, but they ARE stuck in my ear!*bg*

HELP! I cannot get the chorus of the Gypsy Rover worm outta my ear. I don't know any verses. Nor have I ever sung this song.

Yet the chorus is there, slowly gnawing away at my last nerve. I have tried everything to oust it.

Suggestions, remedies please!

Last night, we saw Michael Morpurgo and Coope, Boyes & Simpson perform 'Private Peaceful' in Bristol. It includes 'Only Remembered'.

I've already been humming it all morning, and I know I won't be able to get rid of it all week.

I don't mind.!!

Now I have "Came ye from Newcastle" which is so much better than Gypsy Rover.
