Rumour has it that the Boat Band are currently preparing for the release of a Christmas hit record in an attempt to keep Sir Cliff Richard and Take That off the top spot.

We are indeed recording at the moment, butI have to say there is more Scottish interest in the material,rather than Christmas content, so far. But we are(as a sideline) running a carol choir called the Mystery Singers, which may very well have a Christmas record out in 2009.
