You could come over to see the traditional Grenoside sword dancers in Grenoside near Sheffield. 11am outside the Old Harrow.
It's only an hour over snake pass.

Bollin Morris are doing their Boxing Day Tour, I'm not too sure of the exact Plan (I'm only the musician - what do I need to know?!) but it's going to be something like: Axe & Cleaver at opening time > Swan with Two Nicks > dance in Dunham Park, in front of the hall > Vine > Saracen's Head for around 2.30pm for a final dance followed by singing, playing and drinking lots of dirty beer.

All the pubs supply decent ale.

I shall be on my bicycle. Again.

John
