Subject: John Fleagle - info please From: GUEST,Ian cookieless Date: 17 Dec 08 - 06:39 AM The other night I saw Joglaresa, and their director, Belinda Sykes, was enthusiastic about American singer/instrumentalist John Fleagle, who died in 1999. His arrangements of trad./early music, 'borrowed' by Joglaresa, were exquisite. And yet I can find almost nothing about him on the web and only one of his albums seems to be currently available. I would be really grateful for more info. |

One of my friends was in this group after John Fleagle left - I'll try to find out more. I believe he had only one solo album, an English Medieval one, which is probably what you saw. |
