I have tried to log back in but there appears to be a prob, it says it has my email addie in the database, but wont accept my user name..anyway nice to hear from you and pleased you enjoyed the visit, Phil returned to IOM yesterday, he was delighted to see Vin again after 40 years lol.

Aye we did enjoy the break from the weather up here in N.E.England, and a great atmosphere at the Club which Vin has the knack of producing.
BTW Vin wasn't even mentioned in the BBC Folk Award nominations - I ( or they ) must belong in a different world.

We saw him at Whitby Rifle Club on 24 October and it was a great evening. He had us all in stitches and sang songs from his latest CD which I bought, of course :-)

Vin was at his usual best in the Folk club at Torrevieja in Spain last week, playing to a capacity crowd of over 150, everyone was treated to a smashing evening of Vin`s North Eastern humour and song.
