Folk News Kernow has been replaced by Folk in Cornwall, http://www.folkincornwall.co.uk/. Looks like a very interesting Website.

Also, Mudcatter # found a doctoral dissertation titled “As is the manner and the custom” Folk Tradition and identity in Cornwall. It looks very interesting. Take a look:

This site is now hosted on a different server and is free from all trojans etc.

It was not the site that was infected but the BT hosting server. this affected several sites including the Wirral NHS site. (that caused some problems).

The warning could take up to 90 days to clear from Google but I can assure you all is well.

I guess you must mean the small Amazon advert. If so, its perhaps meant as a useful link because Mudcat gets a small pay off from purchases made via it. There is a UK site for us too, details in the recent lengthy thread started by Max. I've done some of my present shopping through the UK one so hopefully the Cat benefits. If not, then I'm with you...

I have been checking my links and Folk News Kernow - which may have been defunct for some time, now throws a Trojan warning on my anti-virus at work.

JS/Kryptik.B trojan.

It will be removed from my site tonight but the problem will remain if anyone tries to access the Folk News Kernow site.
