Is there anything going on in the Cambridge area (UK), from tomorrow (28th) up to new year's eve? preferably tunes sessions that welcome strangers? (fiddle and guitar). We go back to Yorkshire on 1st Jan.

On New years eve itself Pig Dyke Molly will be dancing at many pubs in Whittlesea. See details on programme page. It some distance from Cambridge, but there may be some music if we stop for long enough in any of the pubs.

There's a regular Sunday evening session closer to Cambridge but we've knocked it on the head for the holiday season because so many of the regulars will be away.

Someone else may have something better to offer...

Anahata

Whittlesea looks good but is probably bit too far from Cambridge. Thanks anyway though.

We know there used to be a session in the cow and calf in Cambridge, but that has been flattened and housing built there. Haven't heard of anything that's taken it's place.
