I guess I should have checked the forum first I see where Kat made a request for this tune in 2001 and it died. Maybe some one now has it on tape or CD it did come out in 1994

I don't know if this one song can be downloaded, but David Grisman lets people have a couple of song off each album. If not, you could buy the CD. It is a gem. Grisman has a third sense as to what other musicians are thinking, which show in the way he works (-ed) with Jerry Garcia, Vassar Clements, Tony Rice and others.

Mill Valley Waltz is on "Tone Poems" and is AC-10.

mill valley is a town/city north of san francisco
here are the "dots and lines" for it..no lyrics here

there are, however a couple of you tube clips..
maybe the words are there..i have dial up at the mo.
so can not check this..
