Is anyone familiar with an old song that included this phrase?

This one?

Fifteen men on a dead man's chest
Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum
Drink and the devil had done for the rest
Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum.
The mate was fixed by the bosun's pike
The bosun brained with a marlinspike
And cookey's throat was marked belike
It had been gripped by fingers ten;
And there they lay, all good dead men
Like break o'day in a boozing ken
Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum.

The rest of it is in the database under Yo Ho Ho. Enter either that phrase or [dead man's] in brackets in the box upper right and the song will appear.
Welcome to Mudcat!
Blessings,
Barbara

In the DT it credits Allison & Waller. The 1st verse is from Treasure Island - Rob Lou Stevenson & called "Cap'n Billy Bones His Song". Ewing Allison over the course of his life wrote the additional 5 verses & called it "A Piratical Ballad" & later called it "Derelict". Henry Waller, in 1901 composed a musical for the stage with this growing ditty. Barry
