How about The Man, The Very Fat Man who waters the worker's beer?

He's a yacht, a car and an aeroplane,
And he waters the workers' beer...

Calm down now, Gargoyle. Field Horne is not only not dead, Joybell gave me his e-mail address. I am DELIGHTED! Field had everything to do with the path my life took twenty years ago and now I have the great pleasure of being able to thank him for his recognition of something within me that I couldn't see.

Sometimes it takes someone else to see who we are.

Thanks so much, Joybell!!!

Can I help find anyone, now?

Still Jerry after all these years

Ahgggh!

Let the DEAD speak for themselves.

Do you believe...if had not a mouth...they would would sit calmly by and disceive ye?

Rest Calmly and let the world rest with thee.

Sincerely,
Gargoyle

Jerry,
Could this be your Field Horne?
http://www.manyonline.org/consult/index.php?sMode=ListDetail&id=130

He is mentioned along with George Ward in an article about the Caffe Lena. Maybe George can help. He was also active in the Old Songs Festival. Maybe John Roberts (Anglo) knows how to reach him.
Mary

Not now though, Jerry. I just found you.
This is a good idea for a thread. Thanks.
Hildebrand is looking for Fred Weiss (Weisz) the fiddler. Often "Just seen" but off and away before we connect with him.
Cheers, Joy

Just to be accurate, it was Mr. Keen, Tracer of Lost Persons.

Jerry

Feel free to add any other lost person to this thread. I've often felt lost, myself.

Every once in awhile I see a thread where someone is trying to find a long lost aquaintance. Who you going to call, now that Mr. Keene Tracer Of Missing Persons is gone?

I'm looking for Field Horne who lived up around the Albany, Saratoga area twenty years or so ago, and directed the Adirondack Folk/Gospel Festival. I'd like to thank him for something.

Jerry
