I can find only one recording of CECIL'S LAMENT. It was composed by Kieran Kane and performed on "You Can't Save Everybody" by Kieran Kane and Kevin Welch with Fats Kaplin (Compass CD 0023, 2005).

Maybe someone will find this information helpful.
