There was, until a recent change of management, a folk night at the Blue Boar in Poole.

The current management have instigated a fortnightly open mic session, not specifically for folk. If popular, they might consider weekly.

At this point it is traditional to give days and times - but I've forgotten what they are!

With luck, Mad Alex will spot this thread and fill in the gaps...

I've heard that it's on a Wednesday (as before) and the first one is on 18 March.

I think when I went in there yesterday they said that they had the first one last week. First and third of the month, next month being, as Terry rightly says, on the 18th.
