Chacked on the Wheaton Aston site this morning and it would appear they've had to cancel for this year - a shame because it's a great little festival - hopefully it will run again in 2010!

I was informed a couple of months ago because I publish on cresby.com but I did think it was on the cards before the last one. Their intentions are to resurrect it in 2010. So keep looking on their website.

I believe they're tying to get a daylong event together for 16th May as a fundraiser for next year's festival. Well worth supporting as it's a great little festival.

I did a fundraiser concert for them last week. Money raised to be used for next year's festival.
