For a week or so I have been unable to utilise the " Manage Featured Songs" facility on MySpace. All I get is "Unexpected Error" notice. I have e-mailed MySpace for any explanation but have yet to receive a response. Is anybody else in the same boat?

I just loaded a song and it worked fine.
I have deleted it now as it was just a test.

      Thanks for your reply. Since then I have tried umpteen times and managed to reach the desired page just once. All other attempts result in the error notice. All the already up-loaded stuff plays well on my system. I expect the problem is my end. So frustrating.
Another Vallium and down to the garden to enjoy the sunshine.

THey've upgraded player recently..... poss you need new flash plugin to use it. But it should tell you that. Try using a Forefox instead of Internet Explorer or vice versa... just thoughts,

The last time I uploaded a song, I seem to remember that there was a newer uploader availabel on the same page, which would work where the standard one wouldn't -read the page carefully and see if there is an alternative uploader detailed.

I haven't been able to post gigs, getting that same Unexpected Error notice, even though my music uploaded just fine. And myspace hasn't responded to any queries.

Thanks to all correspondents. I have managed to get there but it means:-
Log in to homepage
Select "Edit Profile". Wait a while until the page is settled.
Disregard and cancel a notice that tells of a "script error" on some line somewhere(it means nothing to me)
Select "manage songs"
Get "Unexpected Error......" message
Cancel that.
Log in again.
If I`m lucky the song list appears ready for editing.
If not I get the "unexpected error....." message

What a game!!
