For more than 30 years Mudcat's Dick Miles has been play and writing traditional music in England and Ireland. With his great love for songs of the sea Dick has created several wonderful CD's such as "The banks of the claudy, "just the tide flowing", Cape Fear, sailor town. Playing his concertina - he is truly one of mudcat's masters.

Archie's Fancy & Herd on the Hill: Excellent. I have usually heard Archie's Fancy played a little quicker than that, but it works really well very slow.

Just listened to the clip of 'Just As the Tide was Flowing' from your website, Dick ... simply lovely ... lovely ...

I'm not holding my breath about Lancaster happening again - but I would be heartbroken if I thought it meant my not seeing you, Louis, Hughie, Dave and Anni, Andy Kenna and too many others for me to list again.   Does your website have a gig list section, Dick? I couldn't see it. Are you still over for some dates around Easter? Any details anywhere?
