Electric Voices are very pleased to be able to welcome Judy Cook back to Guildford after her successful visit during the International Music Festival two years ago. On this occasion, she will be appearing twice on Friday 27th March, at the Guildford Institute, in Ward Street in Guildford, again as a featured artist in the 2009 Music Festival. Judy is one of the USA's leading authorities on the traditional ballads and songs from the Anglo-American repertoire, and is a captivating and knowledgeable singer.

Her first appearance will be at 3.00pm when she gives a talk on "Songs of Women and the Sea" - details 01483 562142

She will then be the guest of the Music Institute club in the evening.Doors open at 7.30pm, and music commences at 8pm.
