I've tried several times to upload a couple of videos to Youtube, but keep getting the red-flag failure message. Do you need to have the file re-coded somehow for it to be acceptable?

I used to use a pre-set in Premier called "youTube", but lately they've upgraded the resolution possible. They have extensive instructions in the help section.

Try using Google's Picasa 3 - works for me.
