John "Come and join in - sing, play, recite, just listen - we love it". Plays English concertina and guitar. Lynne Heraud "The youngest member of the club by a long chalk. I just really enjoy the company of older people. They can be so sweet and I'm happy to listen to them reminisce about their younger days." Alright in small doses" Simon Vogel Simon VogelSimon, a poet, who first began performing around the pubs and folk clubs on the Herts and Essex border. In 2001 he was the very first poet in residence at the popular Broadstairs Folk Week and has been a regular guest there ever since. He has appeared at many other festivals including Rochester Sweeps and Cornwall Folk Festival. He has published many collections including the successful and highly rated 'Cool Bananas' (2002).
