Interesting, Hadn't seen or heard a long version. Thanks.

I have had the Bonzos version for longer than I can remember, and learned it to give my kids the embarrassment of having dad sing to them when they were put to bed. (Another Bonzos song I used to sing to them was Jollity Farm.)

From Brian Sibley's blog, which also has an image of the sheet-music cover:

MICKEY'S SON AND DAUGHTER
Eddie Lisbona and Tommy Connor

1. A million million people
Are happy bright and gay.
Bells are ringin' in the steeple.
It's a public holiday.

2. All the world is so delighted,
And the kids are all excited,
'Cause the stork has brought a
Son and daughter
To Mr. and Mrs. Mickey Mouse.

3. All the mayors and corporations
Have declared such jubilation,
'Cause the stork has brought a
Son and daughter
To Mr. and Mrs. Mickey Mouse.

4. Pluto's giving a party,
And before the fun begins,
He'll present a gorgonzola
To the father of the twins.

5. Mister Preacher's eyes are glist'ning,
And he's fixing up a christ'ning,
'Cause the stork has brought a
Son and daughter
To Mr. and Mrs. Mickey Mouse.

6. Now the news is quickly spreading.
The christ'ning day is near,
And the town in happiness is heading
To the party of the year.

7. All the cats and dogs are dancing,
And the old gray mare is prancing,
'Cause the stork has brought a
Son and daughter
To Mr. and Mrs. Mickey Mouse.

[8. All the cocks are cock-a-doodling,
All the lovebirds are canoodling,
'Cause the stork has brought a
Son and daughter
To Mr. and Mrs. Mickey Mouse.]*

9. Pluto's singing a chorus
With the tortoise and the hare.
Clarabelle is in the barn dance
With a great big grizzly bear.

10. All the world is so delighted!
Come along now; you're all invited,
'Cause the stork has brought a
Son and daughter
To Mr. and Mrs. Mickey Mouse.

[*The Jack Jackson recording omits this verse and repeats verse 3 instead.]

The song is called MICKEY'S SON AND DAUGHTER (E. Lisbona [some sources say "Lisbana"] & T. Connor). It's on the following albums:

Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band, "Gorilla", 1968; reissued 2007.

(and numerous "best of" compilations)

Various artists, "This Label Is Not Removable: A Celebration of 25 Years of Free Reed", 2002. (MICKEY'S SON AND DAUGHTER is performed by Flowers & Frolics.)

Various artists, "Songs the Bonzo Dog Band Taught Us: A Pre-History of the Bonzo", 2007. (MICKEY'S SON AND DAUGHTER is performed by The BBC Dance Orchestra.)

At YouTube, you can see videos of MICKEY'S SON AND DAUGHTER performed by:

Jack Jackson & His Orchestra, 1935.

Bonzo Dog doo-dah Band:

Oh the world is so delighted
And the kids are so excited
'Cos the stork has brought
A son and daughter
For Mr. and Mrs. Mickey Mouse

The Mayor and Corporation
Have declared such jubilation
'Cos the stork has brought
A son and daughter
For Mr. and Mrs. Mickey Mouse

Pluto's giving a party
And before the fun begins
He'll present a golden dollar
To the father of the twins

The preacher's eyes are glistening
And he's thinking of a christening
Cos the stork has brought
A son and daughter
For Mr. and Mrs. Mickey Mouse

A million million people
Are happy bright and gay
Bells are ringing in the steeple
It's a public holiday

Hooray Hooray it's a public holiday!

Looking for the lyrics (and the tune - pref in abc (though I'm' pretty confident I know the tune - but a second opinion is always valuable!!)) for a song called ?Mr and Mrs and Mickey Mouse?
I know a quite lot of it - just need to have it in order and fill in the gaps in my knowledge!

Here's bit just to remind you ! -
The Mayor and congregation - are sharing? jubilation
For the stork has brought a son and daughter to Mr and Mrs Mickey Mouse -

(middle eight)'Pluto's giving a party, but before the fun begins -
He's given a silver dollar to the father of the twins

The preacher's eyes are glistenin' for he's thinkin' of the Christenin'
Oh the stork has bought a son and daughter to Mr and Mrs Mickey Mouse
