Subject: RE: Brighton Acoustic Session From: Valmai Goodyear Date: 30 Apr 09 - 02:01 AM This is a band to hear - Will Duke (Anglo concertina) Ian Chisholm (guitar, mandolin) Sue Evans (hammered dulcimer, English concertina) Derrick Hughes (whistles, Northumbrian pipes, guitar) and Joy Lewis (hammered dulcimer, guitar). A fascinating range of instruments well played. The hammered dulcimer / Northumbrian pipes combination is splendid. They all sing, too. Valmai (Lewes) |
