Cork Workers Club was formerly at 9 St. Nicholas Church Place, Cove St. Cork

This organisation was responsible for the publication in 1972 of 'The James Connolly Songbook'. Are they still in existance? Anybody got a postal or email address for them? Any information would be welcome.

Fergus

Fergie

You probably have a copy of the booklet - if not, talk to me! Jim Walsh, of that parish, should be able to tell you about the club itself.

Incidentally, Fergie, I also have Songs of the Workers, a Socialist Party publication of the same vintage.

Hi Martin

I have a copy of 'The James Connolly Songbook' but I would be very interested in seeing 'Songs of the Workers'. Do you have a contact for Jim Walsh?

Incidently I'll hit Kinvara sometime over this weekend. I'll make contact when I arrive. Do you have a updated version of Caoilte's email?

Ferg

Caoilte is away at the moment, IIRC. I'll pass his email to you. I may have a an address/phone number for Jim somewhere. If not, Jerry O'Reilly, who's staying with us over the weekend, will!

Regards
