Can't help you with this, but it is very nice to see Toby's name in this forum. As one of several guiding forces of the New York Pinewoods Folk Music Club organization from 30 years ago I have nothing but kind remembrances of the man and his music.

I do hope that he is well in these strange latter days!

As I recall, he's the one who wrote "Slowing Down To Lethargy".   He has achieved immortality just by doing that.

Toby Fagenson has an album available at CD Baby: The Parody Man, but it doesn't contain STARTING TO LEARN.

JustTheDisc.com is advertising "Tides & Fortunes" for $2.99. It contains STARTING TO LEARN.

I couldn't find any lyrics or sound samples, though.
