I am trying to track down a song in Hebrew that was popular in Israel about 1960. A man is describing his girlfriend, whose name is Gina (Dina?) Barzela or the like, and who I think is a soldier, in terms suitable for an ID: her height, weight, and serial number (which IIRC is 796534).

There's a song called DINA BARZILAY performed by Lehakat Hanachalon on a various-artists 2-CD album called "Different Days" Hed-Arzi label, 1997.

You can find it at Amazon.com.

Thanks very much, people! No wonder I couldn't find her -- not only did I misspell her name, but I got her serial number completely wrong. Lucky for the army I wasn't working in that office.
