Subject: RE: Roll & Go Concert May 30, ME From: Charley Noble Date: 25 May 09 - 05:32 PM Barry- There's no shortage of bell rope, even for someone as tall as you. They say that the bell is now secure for another hundred years or so but I'm still not sure I'd want to experiment with it. The last person who gave it a try was Nellie. Cheerily, Charley Noble |

Subject: RE: Roll & Go Concert May 30, ME From: Charley Noble Date: 25 May 09 - 03:23 PM Mary- The building is the same and insurance covered the reconstruction of the bell tower floors that were taken out by the falling bell. The Irish Heritage Center is fully functional and the sanctuary is quite an amazing space to perform in. With five of us going full blast, there are going to be layers and layers of echoes. Barry- Why don't you come and check out the bell tower. It's a real swinging place. Cheerily, Charley Noble |

Subject: RE: Roll & Go Concert May 30, ME From: SINSULL Date: 23 May 09 - 11:25 AM Charlie, I heard that they had to close the center. It is in a church, right? Story was the bell broke free from the belfry and crashed through the roof. No one was hurt. Do I have the wrong center? Mary |
