Antonia

London is a big place. Whereabouts are you? Are you looking to learn to play folk guitar or sing along with a guitarist?

You might try hooking up with some folk clubs in your area. This site might help you find one for you, Folk and Roots

You can meet people and possbily find someone to provide some tuition.

A google search on folk + guitar + tuition + London, will turn up contact details of some teachers.

Best of luck

Tam

Yeah Antonia, apart from a tutor, you might well find a lot of excellent *free* friendly encouragement and advice from experienced 'folk guitarists' too, just by joining some clubs.
