Subject: RE: Ode to the CA Guitar From: John Hardly Date: 06 Jun 09 - 08:05 PM They're really terrific guitars. It just struck me funny when I read some guy on another forum ask a fellow who'd just bought one, "do you have any photos?". I thought, "wouldn't any photo of any CA on the web essentially be a photo of the guy's just-bought CA?". Then, of course, I imagined a gathering of CA fans. At every guitar-player's gathering there is the obligatory lining up of the guitars present to get a photo. |

Subject: Ode to the CA Guitar From: GUEST Date: 06 Jun 09 - 02:13 PM Ode To The CA Guitar Little boxes on the hillside, Little boxes made of carbon-fiber, Little boxes, little boxes, Little boxes, all the same. There's a gray one and a gray one And a gray one and a gray one And they're all made out of carbon-fiber And they all look just the same. And the people who own them All gather and have a jam, And they all get out their boxes, Little boxes, all the same. Owned by farmers and architects And newspaper editors, And they're all made out of carbon-fiber And they all look just the same. And they want to take a picture So they lean them up against a wall, Yes they all get out their boxes, Little boxes, all the same. When they go back to collect them Nobody knows which one is whose 'Cause they're all made out of carbon-fiber And they all look just the same. |
