Further investigation, probing the wound discovered corpse was stuffed with polyfibre fill, leading to the conclusion that this must have been a ritual killing. Analysis of the fur shows that it consited of polymeric fibers. Evidently the body was skinned of its natural pelt and the faux fur replacement sewn on to it.
