Someone gave me a cassette the other day, The Corries, Flower Of Scotland, one of the tracks is called ' The Bona Line ' and credited as traditional, it turns out to be Cyril Tawneys song The Grey Funnel line, can any of you Corries fans explain this ? and what on earth is The Bona Line anyway ?
