Hi, do you play the English Concertina?

If so, then you might be interested in this new website I launched just last weekend.

Although their are Discussion & Blog facilities there, it's more for players to simply network & stay in touch in an English Concertina friendly environment.

It's also a great place for posting photos of your Concertinas & sessions, plus sound files and videos of your music

You can check it out here:

The English Concertina.

Cheers
Dick

My first thought was, "Why?" (as in, "dont't concertina.net and concertina.com cover the ground sufficiently?", but it looks like a good forum for posting pics, videos, and sound, and for more warm and fuzzy English discussion without any of that pesky anglo stuff ;-) . And, whose pictures do I see first in the rotating front page set but my old playing partner, Dan Madden, also of Tucson (pics up at the Phoenix Folk Festival, it looks like). So, I've signed on up.

I am going to send a note to Joe that a more specific thread title would be a good idea, though -- such as, The English Concertina - a new web forum.
