There is a the new session at The Star & Garter pub in
Greenwich. It starts at 8pm every Friday night and is an open mic
performance session of Music, Magic, Comedy & Poetry co-hosted by
comedian/musicians Steve Bowditch (Harry Hill Show) and Fred
Dylan (Blackheath Folk). We need people to support this venture to keep
it going! guest floorspots will include Keith Ferris & Woodsie's Wah-Wah Pedal Folk Experience. All performers welcome.

Have you posted up this info on the VIRTUALLY ACOUSTIC website?

www.thevac.co.uk

That's where most people I know find out about open mics in London.

The venue is Unique in respect that I was not there for five minutes and I was Entertained.
Great ,Great hosts. This venue really needs a following off folk that do not mind getting up
and being themselves You dont have to spend a fortune on beers. Remarkable I went home sober.
A superb venue that needs following.
Kind regards Pierre.

What a fantastic night! Anybody living close to Greenwich (London) must get down to this session on a Friday Free entertainment of the best! What I was impressed with was the number of young people (17 - 20ish age group) who were there, well behaved and showing enthusiasm for the performances as well as performing. Highlight of the night for me was a young chap of 17 called Charlie who sang played superb guitar.
