Anyone got the lyrics for Prescription Junkie ? I heard the Uiscedwr version and I love it. I can do the listen, write, rewind, listen, write process but am hoping someone has the words already and can post.

Nothing in the library- I checked.

Would also like any history of the song !

"Prescription Junkie" was written by Anna Esslemont of Uiscedwr about her experiences with Aplastic Anaemia and a bone marrow transplant. The words are printed in the CD booklet "Fish Cat Door" by Uiscedwr.

Hi,

thanks, i knew some of the origins because I heard an interview not so long ago on Mike Harding show.

I don't have the CD as I bought the tune from Itunes.

I'll write out the lyrics - its also a good way to get to know the song and the timing. In nay case I don't think there are actually a lot of lines to write out compared to some songs.
