One of my favorite programs is on the radio tonight (Sunday, July 26):
"Arte Flamenco" in the program "Nachtclub Extra" at 8:00 PM Central European Daylight Savings Time (7:00 PM in the UK) on NDR Info.

With some difficulty, I found the link to the "Livestream":

NDR Info is the second station in the second row.

This program is probably not available as a podcast, because the station probably won't have acquired rights to podcast the recordings, so if you want to listen, you'll have to do so with the livestream (or your radio, if you live in Northern Germany).

The moderator is Miguel Iven and his enthusiasm about flamenco is infectious. I make a point of listening to it when I'm home on the last Sunday of the month (which is when it's broadcast).
