Just to add confirm that in Nov we will have Chris Sarjeant (Trad English Guitarist and Singer) and Emma Scarr (Singer Songwriter) followed in December by Rún (Gaelic Songsters) and Steven Finn (outstanding folk blues harmonica player), then further ahead we have the Kittiwakes in March and then looking ahead to Katriona Gilmore & Jamie Roberts appearing as part of their tour in April, hope to see some of you fine people at one of our nights....

Sorry for the delay in replying Lf, not a club as such and although we are open to the best format for the evenings most of the focus will be on booked performers although the intention is to open the evening with a few floor spots for the first 40 mins or so.
I suspect there will be a learning curve for the first few months to see what works best in terms of timings etc anyway (and how useful myspace and facebook are in terms of attracting an audience, I suspect the good old fashioned flyers will be far more useful)

We are extremely pleased that the above duo will be playing at our first monthly night in Finsbury/Islington on October 5th, would be good to see some from this fine parish on the evening.
