Subject: 1996 Twelfth Night From: Kosmo Date: 07 Sep 09 - 11:02 PM I'm just wondering if anyone knows the arrangements for the songs in the Shakespeare play Twelfth night, the 1996 film/TV version with Ben Kingsley as Feste. I've tried looking for music to follow the lyrics (which I have in my large Shakespeare anthology and many online sources), but I've not managed to find the specific tunes from the film (granted I'm tired and can't be bother continuing my search). I believe it was scored by Shaun Davey, and I wondered if he got those tunes that he puts to the songs from traditional sources, or if he made them up. I'd love to have them so I could possibly do my own versions, especially "the rain it raineth every day", and "o mistress mine", these are my favourites in the film. If anyone has any information that'd be fab :) xxx Kosmo |
