Subject: RE: Jenna Reid at Edinburgh Folk Club From: Nick Date: 08 Sep 09 - 11:45 AM Saw her at the Early Music Centre in York a year or two ago and she was excellent. I went with two friends of mine who both play fiddle and who had been on a workshop/fiddle playing tuition thing earlier in the year. Come half time in the concert she came out to mingle and came bouncing across for a chat with them and she just seems such a lovely, sweet, exuberant, happy soul as well as being a cracking player. |
