Saturday night (5th December) sees the last of our village hall gigs (for now) at Cotherstone Village Hall, in Teesdale.

Tickets are £5 (£4 conc) and are available on the door, or via our website.

Support is by the fabulous Rebekah Findlay.

Morning folks,

Don't forget, we're playing at St. Johns Chapel Town Hall, Weardale, Co. Durham on Saturday 21st November 2009, 7.30pm start (doors open at 7). We're pleased so say that that the fab Chris Milner (Uncle Chris!) will also be playing for 40 minutes as our special guest for the evening. Tickets are £5 / £4 concessions and are available on the door, or via our website.

Next weekend - Saturday 28th November - we'll be playing at Wressle Village Hall, East Yorkshire. again, a 7.30pm start. Support on this occasion will be by our good friends Whipstaff. Tickets are £5 / £4 concessions and are available on the door, or via our website.

Finally, on Saturday 5th December we're playing at Cotherstone Village Hall, Teesdale, Co. Durham supported by another good friend of ours, Rebekah Findlay. Again, tickets are £5 / £4 concessions and are available on the door, or via our website.

Have just heard that the excellent Chris Milner will be supporting Brother Crow when they play St Johns Chapel on the 21st November and that the marvellous and multi-talented Rebekah Findlay will be supporting them at Cotherstone Village Hall on 5th December.

These are going to be an excellent night of musical entertainment so if you are free get yourselves along.

I can't wait as it has been ages since I have seen them perform live as I was busy working.

I am especially looking forward to Hexham cos as well as lots of lovely live music there is a Farmers Market. Have to save my pennies up...

We've been sorting a few gigs out for this autumn, mainly in the North of England...here's the list so far, with perhaps some more to follow:

Saturday 26th September 2009
Hexham Abbey Festival, Market Square & Abbey Cloister & Gardens
Events taking place throughout the day.
We have 2 x 30 Minute slots, at 12.30 and 2.30.

Wolsingham Town Hall, Co. Durham. 7.30pm. £5/£4 conc.

Saturday 10th October 2009
Grey Bull, Stanhope, Co. Durham. 8.30pm.
Free entry (noisy but fun...you pays yer money...)

Tuesday 13th October 2009:
Croxdale Folk Club, Nr. Durham. 8.30pm. £4

Thursday 15th October 2009:
Flat Cap Folk Club, Rotherham.
A double header with "Toein' In The Dark".
We'll be playing a 45 minute set.

Saturday 31st October 2009:
Staindrop Scarth Hall, Staindrop, Teesdale, Co. Durham. 7.30pm. £5/£4 conc.

Irish Tour, 5th to 10th November 2009:
Details to be confirmed, but it will be 3 or 4 gigs. Any offers???
