Does anyone know of any trad songs that include somewhere in the lyrics a mention of "rubbing salt in the wound" or something similar.

Searched far and wide to no avail!

None in the DT. The search here would not pick up a phrase with "the" in it or probably "in" either, but I ran it thru the askSam search on my copy and there are not any.
