it is grape harvest season here. Yup my friends are out on the tractors right now in the freezing rain since 4 this morning. When the grapes are ready they have less than 8 hours to get them to the press or they start to ferment and the company won't take them. So no matter what the weather is they are there. I helped out one year. Thought I was going to die. Boy that is hard work for sure. My hats off to farmers. You are correct most people especially women with a family, it never ends. We all need a break once in awhile

My eyes were opened when I had a neighbor from Panama whose theme song was 'Life in America is hard! Americans work all the time.'

Until then, I thought nothing of it when I was sorting laundry at
11 pm so I could get up at 6 am to go to work the next day.

Not any more!
