Well, a big thank you to all the folks (especially the musicians) who turned up to a full house on Sunday . Lots of American old time and Irish trad to gladden the heart - plus, the Do'n'Bone has been voted pub of the year or some such by Batemans brewery - so well done them.
Gone to the Dogs will be playing a full evening there on October 29th - free entry, as usual - so hopee to see more friends there then!

Best wishes to all those Lincolnshire folkies who regularly support this event - and, if you haven't yet, you're very welcome!!

As part of a host of folk events in Lincoln over the weekend and beyond, the first Sunday of the month session at the Dog and Bone , John St, Lincoln from 3pm promises to be bigger than ever!

All styles welcome - in the past we've had Irish trad, American Old Time, English shanty, Blues..and more besides.
Singers welcome - just turn up and enjoy!

PS My band Gone to the Dogs will be appearing at the Lincoln Drill Hall the following Saturday, October 10th in support of the Band From County Hell - we'll also be at the Dog and Bone session this Sunday, Oct 4th)
