Well, last week Damian "Dai-bach" Otway came to live with Genie and me... he is an 8 year old Jack Russell, saved from a fighting club, where he was used as a "bait dog". He would not let anyone touch him at first, but after six months with a great trainer and rescue shelter, he is a good and loving dog... He is presently being treated for mites and fleas... however, and his scratching much less... but his first days inspired his own wee song...

To the tune of Turkey in the Straw...

you have fleas on your tail
you have fleas up your nose,
in between the mites
you have fleas between your toes,
if you don't mind me asking,
little puppy if you please,

You are scratching in the corner,
